When my solar went down I was with Solar Source a not so good company and Tampa Bay Solar came to my rescue. Keith came out to my home and had everything up and going in a matter of no time. I interviewed 5 companies to install a solar power system at my home.  Tampa Bay Solar was the clear winner. Thanks to Tim, who was knowledgeable enough to answer all my technical questions (I am an electrical engineer), explain the process from start to finish, and provide references which I did check.

Jack and his crew messaged before arriving, and proceeded to do an excellent installation of the system.  They took the time to ask if I had any questions, and provide answers about the system components when asked. You could tell they had experience and knew what they were doing.  They were proud of their work and completely professional. You don't see much of these qualities nowadays, and I am so glad I had found the right people.  At the end of day 2, Jack took me out to the control panel to show me the status lights on the system controller, the system was already generating power! We did a walk about and Jack ensured all issues and questions were resolved before they left.

I drove over to the Tampa Bay Solar office to drop off a check.  Everyone was so nice and wanting to help. I met several of the people working there, including Nicole. We discussed the interconnect process to the public utility (Duke for me).  We worked it out to minimize the wait.  I also met Keith, another fellow engineer, who showed me around and answered questions about how the system components work together.  Keith was able to put my system in "load only" mode so that I could enjoy the benefits while waiting for the interconnect process to complete.  Once completed, Keith reconfigured the system to work in two-way mode.  I am sure Keith will be a very valuable resource to me as time goes on.

Had to address leak in roof and needed to remove solar panels to repair. Josh and Andrew showed up on schedule and carefully removed panels quickly and efficiently. We had the option of storing panels ourselves or they would take and store until roof is repaired, we chose the latter. I appreciate their timely work and give them 5 stars.

Turns out we need to replace entire roof asked TB Solar to remove all panels. Sent Jack and Eli out same day. It was a much bigger job than removing some panels. Every rack, bracket, screw and flashing was removed, every hole sealed, panels and racks neatly stacked and stored in our yard. Then they cleaned roof and yard. Thank you, Ben, for explaining the different system options, sales process, financing options, and tax benefits. You were personable, courteous, professional, no pressure, and straight forward. Those are not qualities not found in sales representatives nowadays.

Jack and his crew of installers were great. They arrived on time every day and always texted in advance of their arrival. They explained the entire process from start to finish and answered all questions that I had. They finished the job 1 day ahead of schedule. They cleaned up after themselves, both inside and outside of the house. After the installation, they explained the County and TECO inspection and approval process and walked me through the monitoring apps and hardware that was installed. As a retired Army veteran of 25 years and a current law enforcement officer, I could not have been happier with the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by the installation crew. Thank you Jack and Tampa Bay Solar for the service you provided. I can't wait to stick it to TECO for the jext 25 years. No more $500 a month bills and 50% inflation rates.  I was feeding energy back to the grid within 15 minutes of powering up.

Tampa Bay Solar made the process seamless from Sharon, our sales consultant, to Fanez and his installation team. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. We had Tampa Bay solar come out and install solar panels for us at our home in South Tampa and the installers (Josh & Jack) were extremely professional, answered all of our questions,  and even showed us final pics of the installed panels on the roof.  It's been awhile since we have experienced service like this.  I heard the owner is a local retired Navy Seal and you can clearly see he runs a tight ship! My experience with Tampa Bay Solar was excellent!  The  process from purchase to installation went flawless. The entire team showed up every morning with a smile and stayed late to get the job done. The panels were meticulously and professionally placed on our roof and they even took the time to clean the skylights.

Tampa Bay Solar did a great job installing my system recently. There were some minor issues with supply and design which delayed things a little but any issues that were encountered were taken care of. My installer was great. He not only did the job but he did it to make sure I was happy with the end product. He made sure that the panels were set up on the roof to get maximum efficiency. He also made sure everything was aesthetically done right so it looked good on my house. I did not want a system set up so that it looked like a bunch of boxes and piping going everywhere. He also took the time to explain anything I needed.  Overall the system was finished in a way that made me happy. That is all I could ask for. Tampa Bay Solar did a wonderful job installing our panels for us.  Every employee,  from the sales guy, installers, office managers and technical help have been so easy to work with!  They communicated well every step of the way and answered every question we asked. They were honest and told us what we needed and didn't need. I recommend them for anyone who is looking into solar!
